About the Opportunity In this role, you will manage compliance policies and programs for medical devices, listed medicine, registered medicine, and electrical products. Reporting to the Regional Regulatory Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and support new product launches. Your contribution will be crucial to the company's success and market impact. This role is hybrid and offers the flexibility to work from home as well as the office.
Duties • Contribute to compliance policy development and implementation. • Oversee new product launches and ensure regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Support regulatory inspections and certification audits. • Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Skills and Experience • Experience working with related products • Experience in a Senior Regulatory role within Healthcare • In-depth knowledge of TGA requirements and quality standards for medical devices. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs. • Experience leading a team • Ability to prioritise and to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work with all levels of management and to build relationships across disciplines. • Excellent influence, persuasion, communication, and presentation skills • Well organised and high initiative
