Reporting to the Sales Director, you will coach, mentor and develop your team to achieve sales results, increase accounts and enhance the company’s footprint across the NSW & ACT market. You will lead the integration of separate teams into one high performing & cohesive unit, ensuring customers across all channels receive the highest quality of service and value is added at every touch point.

Oversee change management projects
Expand team by recruiting additional, high performing team members
