About the opportunity
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and leading the Queensland South sales team to exceed sales targets and drive positive patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive implementation of launch strategies
Coach & mentor team to exceed KPIs & targets
Ensuring team retains high standards of service & product knowledge
Partner with Marketing, Medical & training teams, ensuring strong market presence
Oversee key accounts relationships
Support team on territory panning activities
Conduct market share & competitor analysis
Skills and Experience
Tertiary Qualifications in Science/Business related
Proven team leadership capabilities
Superior coaching/mentoring capabilities
Pharmaceutical Sales experience ess.
Strong Account Management capabilities
Proven track record of delivering results
