About the opportunity Reporting to the Country Manager, as the Regional Sales Manager for VIC/NSW/TAS for the the capital equipment/patient monitoring portfolio, you will be responsible for driving competitive conversion and the generation of new business sales, and leading their team and overseeing the responsibilities that they’re responsible for.
Responsibilities
Develop objectives for each of the Sales Specialists in your Region
Review and modify the Salesforce accounts with each Sales Specialists on a routine basis
Review and modify the Region's results on a routine basis
Work with Sales, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Finance and other Departments supporting their activities to develop sales strategies for key accounts, large sales objectives and major competitive conversions
Develop an annual sales plan, writes specific objectives and forecasts orders and expected revenue
Provide the training and development of each Sales Specialist
Communicate market and competition activities, business conditions and new product needs to the sales team
Attend and assign necessary sales force members to attend trade shows and conferences
Perform special projects as requested
Skills & Experience required
Medical device & capital equipment sales experience
Experience in sales management
Ability to teach, coach, mentor, develop, and lead a team
Flexibility for travel
Bachelor’s degree
Graduate degree ideal
