About the opportunity Reporting to the Sales Director, as a Regional Sales Manager you will lead a high-performing team of Hospital Specialists and GP Representatives across the Sydney metropolitan area. You will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, driving sales performance, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting the development and capability of your team to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of HSRs and GP Representatives
Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with national business strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access
Drive continuous professional development and upskilling within your team
Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and therapy area stakeholders
Lead regional meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Uphold high standards of compliance, ethics, and professionalism across all activities
Skills & Experience required
Proven sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, required
Strong record of driving team sales success and market share growth
Strong Commercial & Clinical acumen
Primary Care or Hospital Sales experience, highly regarded
Proven ability to think strategically and execute operationally
Ability to drive and operate a vehicle without restriction
