The Role:
As a leader in the Sales function for Australia, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with Marketing & Market access teams on all pre-launch/launch strategies
Recruit and lead a Regional team of Sales & Clinical support specialists
Devise & implement the Sales strategy
Highlight & target key accounts
Mentor, coach & lead your team to exceed sales targets
Develop & maintain relationships with KOLs & therapeutic decision makers
Prepare regional forecasts/budgets
Your Skills & Background:
Minimum 2 years Sales management experience, ideally in Medical Devices
Proven ability to recruit, coach & lead a high performing team
Previous experience driving product launch activities
Proven ability to develop & execute regional sales plans
Superior analytical skills
Proven forecasting/budgeting capabilities
Collaborative by nature
Demonstrated ability to develop & engage endocrinologists
Proven ability to work in an agile/flexible/adaptable working environment
Passion to positively impact patient outcomes
