About the opportunity:

We are keen to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultants to join one of our high perfoming teams.   All roles cover both temporary and permanent roles and we have desks available in Business Support, Life Sciences and Sales and Marketing recruiting into pharmaceutical and medical device companies. 

These roles offer extremely high performing and fast paced desks with a great network of clients and candidates for you to take advantage of.  

Working with a highly successful and supportive manager, you will work with existing clients but will also be expected to business develop in order to grow your client base. 


About you:

• You have recruitment experience within agency, successfully partnering with clients and candidates to deliver results in a 360-recruitment role

• You have success in developing business within your role and are able to discuss your sales results

• Degree qualified 

• You have experience working within a fast paced environment and understand the importance of great speed to market

• Experience in recruiting temporary/contract roles would be advantageous

• You are highly motivated with a growth mindset and positive outlook

• You have a track record of repeat business, and candidates that will speak to your focus on customer service

• You are a team player who understands the big picture and benefit of sharing candidates and working collaboratively
