About the Opportunity:

As a Recruitment Administrator for logistics and engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment consultants through the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building relationships with candidates in our specialised areas. 


Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using various recruitment channels.
  • Prioritise daily job needs and provide quality candidate submissions.
  • Build and manage talent pools for future job requirements.
  • Maintain an updated candidate list and communicate availability to the team.
  • Set up and manage candidate call cycles for engagement.
  • Gather valuable candidate insights during conversations.
  • Stay updated on industry and market trends.
  • Screen and interview candidates for talent pools and active jobs.
  • Distribute marketing content to candidate talent pools.
  • Manage new candidate inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Write job adverts and manage ad responses.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes.

Skills and Experience:


  • Experience in customer service or recruitment administration would be ideal. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in systems and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Knowledge of social media trends for effective engagement.
  • Goal-oriented and adaptable to KPIs.
