About the company

About the opportunity
The receptionist will play a vital role within the company ensuring that the front desk is manned at all times for meeting and greeting visitors.

Duties
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Manage incoming calls and maintain the telecommunications system/switchboard.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the shared site calendar
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and manage purchase orders as required
  • Responsible for updating content on company web pages, as directed.
  • Provide administrative support and complete other tasks as required
  • Be strongly connected to the communications department to ensure the success of initiatives

Skills and Experience
  • Have 2-3 years experience in a similar reception/administration role is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of customer service and a commitment to effectively meeting their needs
  • Clear communication skills in written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail, Innovation and solutions focused
  • Ability to work both as a productive team member and autonomously as required
  • Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft applications
