About the Opportunity:
This is a rare opportunity to join a corporate front-of-house team where exceptional service, professionalism and presentation are paramount. Working across both part-time you’ll manage the reception area and provide high-level support to internal stakeholders, clients, and external visitors.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a premium front-desk experience for all visitors and callers
  • Manage calendars, meeting room bookings, and appointment scheduling
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams and senior executives
  • Assist with corporate correspondence, document handling, and general administration
  • Maintain a well-presented reception space and uphold confidentiality at all times
You Will Bring:
  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience in a corporate, medical, or professional services environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong client-service mindset
  • Professional presentation and a warm, approachable manner
  • Strong administrative and tech skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • The ability to manage competing demands calmly and professionally
  • Flexibility to work a rotating part-time schedule and provide casual coverage when required
