About the opportunity


Act as a company ambassador, offering support to the facilities administrator, executive assistants, company contractors this role will be diverse and collaborative. Utilise your expertise as a corporate receptionist and administrator to progress in a recognised business.

Duties

  • First point of contact for internal & external stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Support the finance department with invoices and monthly statements
  • Direct incoming correspondence appropriately
  • Screen and direct calls in a pro-active manner
  • Report any adverse events as by the company policy
  • Report and manage repairs and general maintenance
  • Assist with company events and catered lunches

Skills and Experience

  • Must have previous experience managing a front reception
  • Exposure to administration
  • Worked within the Healthcare industry is a must
  • Ability to offer cross-functional support- Finance, Quality
  • Systems oriented- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Capability to problem solve
  • Strong attention to detail
