About the opportunity

Working part of an ethical and supportive cross functional team, the role of RAC Client Relationship Partner will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of residential accommodation and services to new customers across the community.

To ensure full site occupancy is achieved, the successful professional will adopt an engaging and holistic sales approach, and build a positive referral networks with multiple partners, including hospitals and HCPs. In this role, you will take a nature lead to implement strategies to increase networking opportunities and meet targets, whilst ensuring you work collaborative with your colleagues and peers.

Based in Geelong, this contract part-time role offers flexibility. The role is primarily office based, however flexibility to be work infield is required.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven demonstration of B2C and B2B sales accomplishments and accolades
  • Proven ability to build, network and manage diverse customer group:
  • Commercially minded, yet strong empathetic and customer centric approach
  • Contract management, including pricing and negotiation
  • Established relationships with GP clinics, Hospitals, RSL, Rehabilitation centres, highly regarded
  • Experience within the Aged Care sector, highly regarded
  • Experience user of client management systems
  • Comfortably in working in an office environment and equally enjoy working infield
  • Flexibility to travel, including attendance weekend expos
