About the opportunity
This role will be responsible for product complaint processes, batch release & QA activities. You will work closely with the Head of Quality and cross-functional teams such a regulatory, PV, and supply chain to ensure product complaints are effectively managed and closed in a timely manner. You will also be trained to review batch records and perform release for supply functions. The ideal candidate for this role has great communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to prioritize critical tasks.

Duties
• Overseeing product complaints and metric management process
• Guaranteeing products complaints and counterfeits cases are correctly reported and processed.
• Ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and updated as per set guidelines
• Leading product complaint training
• Releasing finished products for distribution in compliance with standards
• Liaising with internal, external, and overseas stakeholders regarding batch release documents and inspections
• Performing complaints analysis reports as per company standards

Skills and Experience
• University degree in Pharmacy/Life Science or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in local quality assurance pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably Trackwise
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to train, prioritize, and solve problems
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
