About the opportunity
A permanent full-time role working with a collaborative global medical device manufacturer. You will be part of the Supply Chain team and support procedures including inventory management, purchasing activities and monitoring supplies. You will work with the internal teams’ suppliers and global production as well as produce reports and analysis on sales data.
Duties
• Participate in the development of the local planning processes
• Conduct analysis on sales data and budges vs forecast
• Communicate with local suppliers & production teams around deliveries
• Inventory management
• Coordinate purchase order entry and control of the purchasing activities
• Update and assist with the supply and purchasing monthly reporting
• Work through continuous improvement processes
Skills & Experience
• Experience in the Healthcare or FMCG industries
• Experience working with Planning & Purchasing activities
• ISO13485 experience is advantageous
• Inventory control
• Experience working on ERP systems
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Customer focus and positive attitude
