This Tele-psychiatry clinic, is a cutting-edge health care facility dedicated to providing accessible and innovative mental health services. The clinic is expanding and the practice is working tirelessly to meet the growing demand for mental health services.  There is more than one vacancy available for a psychiatrist who is looking for more of a work life balance.

As a Telepsychiatrist,  you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population through telemedicine. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and treat patients with ADHD and general adult psychiatry conditions 
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telehealth platforms.
• Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans for patients
• Work with GP's to provide medication management and adjustments as needed.
• Offering psycho education and support to patients 
• Collaborating with other members of the health care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record system.
• Staying current on the latest developments in psychiatry and telemedicine.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree 
• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• Experience in telepsychiatry or a strong interest in practising via telemedicine.
• Psychiatrist who needs to bill under Area of Need, welcome to apply. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a commitment to providing patient-centred care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong ethical and professional conduct.
