About the Opportunity
This newly created position plays a critical role in taking new skincare products from concept through to warehouse delivery. In a very hands on role you will manage supplier coordination, production timelines, go-to-market systems, and logistics. This role is pivotal to ensuring launches are seamless, on time, and aligned with commercial goals. You’ll work cross-functionally across departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations.

Duties

• Manage end-to-end project and production timelines
• Coordinate pre-production samples, packaging, and prototype development
• Submit and track purchase orders with suppliers
• Oversee go-to-market readiness including SKUs, barcodes, POs, and pricing
• Source and liaise with packaging and manufacturing suppliers globally
• Ensure delivery of components and finished goods to distribution centres
• Maintain accurate system data across CIN7, NetStock, Monday.com, and others
• Prepare documentation such as BOMs, kitting guides, and transport paperwork
• Identify and streamline operational and system inefficiencies

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role within skincare, pharmaceutical, medical device or FMCG industries
• Background in product commercialisation or New Product Development
• Confident working across systems and supply chains
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work across  multiple teams wearing many hats within an organisation
• Proactive and driven with strong stakeholder management
