About the opportunity
As the Procurement Manager you will lead the indirect sourcing across the region – in this role you will execute sourcing activities, develop category strategies, and manage supplier relationships. This role would suit someone who can be the commercial expert leading end-to-end sourcing and negotiations facilitating best practise across the regions.
This role offers a flexible working environment with the opportunity to work from home & the office.
Duties
• Lead strategic sourcing activities and processes.
• Maintain and update local Procurement SOPs.
• Drive alignment with stakeholders at various levels.
• Facilitate best-practice sharing across the region.
• Deliver on procurement targets and manage supplier relationships.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support the acquisition of high-quality goods/services at optimal terms and prices.
• Lead sourcing processes and projects.
• Calculate savings and practice responsible sourcing.
• Conduct market analysis and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Skills and Experience
• Extensive experience working in a Procurement Management role
• Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry preferred
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Detail orientated and strong business acumen
• Strong leadership skills within projects and cross functional collaboration
• SAP experience
