The Position The clinic manager / Practice Manager is part of the leadership team.
Manage the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring the team delivers the highest quality of care and service to our patients. This role facilitates communication between doctors, nurses and support staff, resolving day-to-day operational issues, ensuring the readiness of the facility, managing the financial performance through meeting operational efficiency and effectiveness targets and leading and managing staff to highest level of engagement. A perfect position to see you further progress your career, as the clinic will be expanding their service capability.

Requirements

• Proven managerial experience in a GP Specialist Practice or Day Surgery
• Experience with making sense of numbers
• Ability to engage with Doctors, Nurses and Front Line Staff
• Emotional Empathy
• Positive attitude, genuinely care about patient service delivery
• Strong change instigator to improve processes and improve risk and control framework
• Always looks for feedback to strive for positive health outcomes
• Ability to engage with GP's
• Training and on boarding of doctors
• Experience with accreditation
