The Clinic

The clinic is located in Sydney's Central Coast

The Practice offers a range of test and procedures using state of the art equipment. The clinic works closely with GP's to ensure patients receive the best and most appropriate care. If you are interested in a progressive forward thinking practice, where you feel like you are part of a family, this practice will be a great place for you. Skills and Experience

  • Management and experience in a specialist medical practice or GP clinic
  • Highly organised and detailed orientated
  • Experience managing rosters
  • knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
  • Understanding of payroll
  • Keen interest in working with IT and Technology to ensure smooth running and management of the practice
  • Scheduling and managing of doctor appointments
  • Exposure to book keeping duties such as credits and collections - desirable
  • On boarding of doctors and staff
  • Prepare quotes for patients as well and knowledge of processing medicare, DVA health fund claims
  • Knowledge of medical software preferred
  • Excellent ability to engage with GP
  • The clinic embraces in technology , to ensure the highest possible patient care.
  • Provide positive patient experience
  • Manage feedback and provide suggestions to improve processes, systems and day to day operations of the practice
