About the opportunity

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, as the Business Development Manager, you will be promoting a range of OTC products within the Pharmacy channel, across the South East territory of Victoria.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with pharmacies across the defined territory
  • Provide excellent service to customer through face to face, phone, and email contact
  • Conduct in sales training for pharmacy employees
  • Develop and implement territory plans to ensure cycle objectives and call frequencies are achieved as per cycle targets
  • Seek out new business opportunities on territory to maximise sales potential
  • Efficient use of the CRM system; ensuring monthly call planners are created and submitted in CRM, and accurate and high-quality data is updated daily

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of sales results in a pharmacy territory management role
  • OTC experience and good understanding of the pharmacy channel
  • Strong competitor knowledge
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships
  • Organised, high attention to detail, self sufficient and self motivated
