The Opportunity: Because of you, patients & consumers will have access to effective medicines... As a Canberra Hybrid Sales Representative, leverage industry insights, analytics, and market intelligence to provide top-tier sales experiences to GP & Pharmacy customers. Success hinges on building and maintaining strategic business relationships for mutual benefits. Work collaboratively within a high-performing state and national team to promote prescription, generic, and OTC products in the defined ACT and NSW South territory.
Key responsibilities include:
Cultivate customer loyalty
Establish close relationships
Promote product portfolio ethically and effectively
Develop and implement quarterly business plans
Surpass net sales targets for dispensary and over the counter products
Support existing customers (Pharmacy’s and GPs)
Address and overcome customer concerns
Demonstrate analytical and commercial skills to identify opportunities for sales
Collaborate effectively within the wider sales team
Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of Australia's pharmaceutical market
Strong proven sales track record achieved through effective business planning and execution
Existing GP & pharmacy channel relationships/networks, highly regarded
Superior business acumen skills with strong understanding of KAM principles, focused on ROI
Tertiary qualifications in either a science/business discipline, ideal
Australian Driver's License
