The Role:
Because of you… Clinicians will be empowered with effective treatment options that support better patient outcomes.
In this role, you will manage the Gold Coast territory, responsible for building strong customer relationships and executing promotional strategies across a diverse primary care customer base. With a well-established portfolio and an upcoming launch, this position offers a blend of account management, growth, and strategic territory development within a supportive team environment.



Key responsibilities include:
  • Implement promotional strategy across General Practice and Pharmacy customers
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key primary care stakeholders
  • Plan and execute effective call cycles aligned to territory objectives
  • Develop deep product and clinical understanding to deliver meaningful customer interactions
  • Monitor territory performance and identify opportunities to drive growth
  • Manage promotional activity in line with compliance and budget guidelines
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent and aligned execution


Skills & Experience
  • Proven in-field Australian sales experience (pharma or healthcare preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in an Australian field-based sales role, highly regarded
  • Experience engaging healthcare professionals, highly regarded
  • Strong commercial awareness and territory planning capability
  • Ability to communicate scientific and clinical concepts with confidence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach
  • Strong organisational skills and data-driven mindset
  • Flexibility to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight stays
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business, Nursing, or a related discipline, required
