About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the COO this role leads the People and Culture function. Supported by a P&C Administrator you will partner with senior leaders the board and managers across multiple countries to deliver both strategic and operational HR outcomes. This is a hands on position balancing global projects with local delivery and plays a critical role in strengthening company culture and supporting business growth. This role is office based with flexiblity to support work life balance. 

Duties

• Lead HR strategy and operations across multiple international offices
• Manage recruitment onboarding performance reviews and employee relations
• Coach managers act as a trusted advisor and support board level activities
• Drive engagement internal communication and cultural initiatives
• Ensure compliance with WHS industrial awards and company policies
• Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with finance and external providers

Skills and Experience

• HR management in a manufacturing or operational environment (Life Science is desirble) 
• Knowledge of industrial awards and compliance
• Exposure to global HR operations
• Experience partnering with boards and senior leaders
• Proven experience working across multiple countries
