About the opportunity Reporting to the Payroll Lead for APAC you will take full ownership of accurately running the payroll process for Australia and New Zealand employees. You will be agile and flexible to take on additional projects in this fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Duties
Accurately process employee payrolls, insurance and benefits for Australia and New Zealand in a timely manner
Perform payroll calculations and reconciliation, and prepare accounting, general ledger and reports
Ensure annual tax reports are filed, statutory payments submitted and liaise with government on payroll audit matters
Respond to all employees payroll related queries, issues and requests
Actively contribute to process improvements and enhancements
Liaise with key stakeholders, colleagues and customers to build ongoing relationships and deliver effective service
Undertake any additional projects as and when required
Skills and Experience
Relevant accounting/finance degree
NZ payroll experience essential
Sound knowledge, experience and understanding of the end-to-end payroll process
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Exceptional teamworking and collaboration skills
