About the Role...
As Payroll Coordinator you will oversee the monthly payroll for ANZ. In this position, you will collaborate closely with their outsourced provider, to ensure timely and accurate data submission. As a member of the supportive and cohesive HR team, you will also participate in employee lifecycle management activities, including employment contracts, addressing employee queries, monthly reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.
This is a permanent part-time role, working 15.2 hours over two or three days each week.

Duties...
- Accurately process monthly payroll files for all employees in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring timely upload to the outsourced provider
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Address payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries
- Keep HR systems and personnel records up-to-date to ensure accurate data
- Prepare required monthly reports
- Provide administrative support for employee lifecycle management, including employment contracts, HR policies, procedures, and organizational charts
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration
- Experience working in a global, multinational company
- Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider
- Experience working with ADP
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision
