Leading pharmaceutical company based in North Sydney.

About the opportunity

This is a part time Payroll Administrator position for a 12 month contract. You will be responsible for preparing and manually inputting the monthly payroll pay runs for the business which will then be processed by an outsourced payroll provider. A self-starter with high attention to detail is a must for this role.

Duties

• Prepare monthly payroll by pulling together data, enter into template ready for processing by outsourced provider
• Process new starters and terminations
• Assist with interpretation of awards, agreements and contracts
• Processes leave and termination calculations
• Monthly sales incentive information processed
• Assist with reconciliations
• Superannuation reconciliation and payments
• Manage payroll enquiries and follow up
• Ad hoc payroll admin duties as required

Skills and Experience

• Must have Payroll experience in a similar position
• Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running and use initiative
• Strong systems (ideally ADP) experience and overall computer skills
