About the Role

This clinic is looking for a Patient Services Professional to be the welcoming face of the practice – the first impression every patient remembers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, service excellence, and creating calm order in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver intuitive, compassionate front-of-house service – every patient, every day
  • Manage patient bookings and clinical administration using Gentu
  • Prepare consultation rooms and ensure reception areas reflect brand standards
  • Support patient billing, Medicare claims, and daily reconciliations
  • Liaise confidently with referring specialists, hospitals, and patients
  • Maintain immaculate presentation and attention to detail
About You You combine warmth and professionalism with strong organisational discipline.
You take pride in efficiency, presentation, and patient comfort.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience in medical reception or administration (specialist or GP clinic advantageous)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High accuracy in data entry and billing systems (experience with Gentu desirable)
  • Professional presentation aligned with a premium healthcare environment
  • Emotional intelligence – able to reassure anxious patients with empathy and care
  • Reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for patient service
