Reporting to the Financial controller, you will be an integral piece of this small team. As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on a part-time basis, working shorter hours across 5 days of the week. Work from home flexibility is granted.

Duties
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Liaise with cross-functional teams
- End to end order management from placing to invoicing
- Handling the returns process and following up with credits
- Maintain and update daily order tracker in Excel, raising tickets for any issues
- Collaborate with Finance Team implementing process improvements
- Previous experience in customer service in a medical device, biotechnology or pharmaceutical organisation
- ERP system experience is essential
- High attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Professional and collaborative approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced teams meeting tight deadlines
