About the opportunity Work closely with the MD in this role and lead a small team in Customer Service, Supply Chain & Warehouse - you will assist with projects and communicate with the headquarters located overseas. In this role you will be responsible for the operational team and you will hold the responsibility for the accounting, payroll and accounts payable/accounts receivable. If you are hands on and looking for a role where you can be part of the growth then this would be a great role for you. This role would suit someone who loves to improve process and who can provide support and guidance to an operational and highly experienced team.
Duties • Manage and run the finance function including payroll, vendor invoices, staff expenses and invoicing • Liaise with H2 and arrange payments to vendors and expensive • Annual internal auditing • Prepare and assist with annual budget preparations • Accounts receivable/payable • Support vendor master data • Manage and lead a team of 3 in operations • Oversee the supply partner relationships • Organise yearly stock takes • Support and ensure timely orders from HQ
Skills and Experience • Experience working in the Healthcare or FMCG Industries • Experience in accounting/payroll • Use of ADP or electronic payroll systems • SAP experience • Experience in a leadership role • Strong communication skills • Committed to improving processes and procedures
