About the opportunity
In your new Customer Service Representative role you will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will be required to have excellent communication skills assisting customers in remotes part of the world, deal with upto 50 cases per day and supply supporting documentation to insurance companies. 
You will be a part of a high energy, supportive  team in an inclusive environment. 
You will be required to liaise with the technical/medical Customer Service support for authorisation and additional support- working autonomously and collaboratively are critical. High attention to detail and ability to multi task are required, to provide empathetic and actionable assistance to customers. 
The rotating shifts is working approximately 6-7 13 hours shifts per fortnight,  Monday - Sunday - 8 am - 10pm. 
 
Duties
Your daily duties would include:
  • Rapid response to inbound phone, email and fax requests from members and clients
  • Liaise with the order processing team and technical support team
  • Detailed documentation of all actions and communications undertaken in the delivery of services
  • Provide billings for every case with applicable third party costs, ensuring clarity between providers, clients and members for responsibility for expenses incurred
 
 
Skills and Experience
  • Customer Service experience in inbound/outbound call centre environment
  • Science Degree is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and change course to accomodate to changing priorities
  • Ability to provide clear, compassionate support to travellers in need
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment
