The Clinic 

This Hospital, is a leading provider of day surgery services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The Western Sydney Day Hospital facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a team of highly skilled professionals committed to excellence.  Reporting to a day surgery manager, a medical/surgical nurse has become available. 

Position

As a nurse, you will have expertise in admissions/discharge, anaesthetics/recovery, and preferably intravitreal injections. This role requires flexibility to support multiple locations within the same area, including Sydney's North Shore. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient admissions and discharges efficiently
• Provide high-quality anaesthetic and recovery care
• Administer intravitreal injections (preferred )
• Ensure compliance with all health-care regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Proven experience in admissions/discharge, anaesthetics/recovery
• Experience with intravitreal injections is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work at various locations within the area
