About the opportunity

Partnering exclusively and with excitement, our client is presenting a newly created headcount for a driven and experienced National Sales Manager.

With an upcoming launch within their new Ophthalmology & Optical division on the horizon, you will be tasked with the objective to lead and mentor the national team to great successes.

Equally, whilst taking an active role to impact market share through effective business development, you will identify and develop of key customers and related KOLs to ensure long term positive opportunities.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven successes in team / people management within the Australian Healthcare market
  • Commercial and strategic mindset, with proven record in developing & increasing (new) markets
  • Excellent understanding of the Ophthalmology & Optical market, ideally
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, internally and externally
  • Product Launch experience, ideally
  • Be self-organised, be solution oriented and lead by example
  • Tertiary Qualification (Health related or Science) preferred
