About the opportunity As the National Sales Manager, you be responsible for guiding, mentoring & driving the Oncology Sales team, ultimately to increase market share, and lead the team through upcoming product launches. You will recruit additional team members in preparation for portfolio expansion and partner with team members to devise & implement efficacious Hospital key account management strategies.
Develop & implement impactful Sales strategies
Guide, mentor, coach & lead this National team to success
Collaborate with Brand teams, ensuring the development of successful sales initiatives
Partner with Account stakeholders, develop KOLs
Analyse varied data sources; highlighting opportunities
Tertiary Qualifications in Science, Business or Healthcare related
Pharmaceutical sales leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to coach & mentor high performing teams
Proven ability to develop & implement successful business plans
Oncology experience ess.
Superior account management capabilities
Proven analytical skills and superior problem solving skills
Ability to think outside the box
Passion to positively impact patients
