The Opportunity:

Based in Melbourne or Sydney and reporting into the Country Manager, as the National Sales Manager you will have complete autonomy and take full responsibility for:

  • Mentoring & driving a high performing Pharmacy sales team to even greater heights
  • Develop & implement high impact Sales strategies / Initiatives
  • Increasing market share
  • Partner with Pharmacy Banner Account stakeholders
  • Lead and manage Product Launches
  • Analyse varied data sources, identifying and highlighting opportunities

Skills and Experience Required:

  • People leadership experience within Australia's pharmacy channel
  • Superior understanding of Australia's generic market and operations
  • Proven commercial successes in strategising and implementing effective business plan
  • Effective business relationship building and management, internally and externally
  • Tertiary qualifications in either a science/business discipline is ideal
