About the opportunity

Seeking a Sales Manager to manage an experienced and high performing Sales team who are promoting a high end and market leading microscopes portfolio, across the Life Science Research market.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the General Manager, you will sit on the leadership team for ANZ

  • Coach, lead and mentor a high performing and experienced sales team

  • Identify gaps and optimise on opportunities including lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within laboratory, research institutions and university settings.

  • Requires regular interstate travel when restrictions allow (up to 30% of time)

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications (ideally a science degree)

  • Extensive sales management experience within the life science field

  • Capital equipment experience

  • Experience in microscopy (sales or research)

  • Be Melbourne or Sydney based
