The Role:

As National Sales Manager you will lead and support a team of KAMs to foster growth and continued success. The Team is dynamic in their approach, calling on a wide variety of Healthcare Professionals and emphasising quality and patient-focus in their engagements. You will work closely with Leadership, Marketing, and Medical to help derive and implement strategies with the team and spend 70% of your time in-field for support and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and inspire team of Key Account Manager to new heights

  • Develop team to meet customer needs and company objectives

  • Coach and implement individual development plans

  • Analyse sales data to optimise resource application and effectiveness

  • Support marketing tools deployment and key selling messages delivery

  • Implement effective territory management & segmentation strategies

  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotion campaigns and materials

  • Build business relationships with key opinion leaders and customers

  • Work openly with internal stakeholders - Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs

  • Dedicate 70% of time in the field with KAMs



Skills & Experience

  • Sales leadership within Australian Pharmaceutical market

  • Primary & Specialty Care experience (presenting both highly regarded)

  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieve/surpass objectives

  • Strong understanding of KAM principles

  • Developed analytical skills to review & optimise territory plans

  • Present with examples of successfully coaching & upskilling high-performing teams

  • Ability to travel 70% in-field

  • Unrestricted Driver’s License
