About the opportunity
Reporting to the Country Manager, our client is seeking a driven, energetic and well accomplished National Sales Manager to drive their division and bring new perspectives to the team.
In this Sydney based role, you will hold full accountability for guiding, mentoring & driving the already impressive Sales team to even greater heights; ultimately increasing market share.
Further responsibilities include:
Develop & implement high impact Sales strategies
Guide, mentor, coach & lead this National team to success
Development of successful sales initiatives
Partner with Account stakeholders
Analyse varied data sources, highlighting opportunities
Develop successful product launch strategies/processes
Skills & Background:
Proven leadership experience essential
Generics experience ess.
Demonstrated ability to coach & mentor high performing teams
Proven ability to develop & implement successful business plans
Commercially savvy, with effective Key Account Management Experience
Product Launch experience, ideal
Effective business relationships building skills
Degree in Science or Business-related field advantageous
