About the Opportunity:

In the role of National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a national team of Sales Specialist Representative across our client’s Mood portfolio.
 
Reporting into the Commercial Director and working in cross-collaboration with an external company, you will lead and manage a highly capable team through change management to implement commercial success, whilst continuing to foster a collaborative team environment.

Displaying high degree of clinical aptitude and a genuine focus on customer and patient care,  you will strive for excellence, as you also take the lead and execute various digital and omni-channel marketing projects.
 
Showcasing a flexible working culture, this position may be based in either NW / QLD/ VIC.

 
Proven Skills & Experience:

  • Leadership successes in management a team of pharmaceutical Sales Reps across Australia
  • Demonstrated track record in commercialising pharmaceutical products
  • Demonstrated successes in enhancing team culture and optimisation
  • Experience aligned to digital marketing, highly regarded
  • Results driven - your activity is focused on achieving positive patient and financial outcomes
  • Excellent understanding of hospital customer channels
  • Superior skills in stakeholder management at all levels
  • Experience/Exposure to field of CNS, highly regarded
  • Tertiary Qualification (Health related, Science and/or Business) preferred
