The Company:
Our client is a multi-national generic pharmaceuticals company, most proud of their global objective and principles driven by dynamism and empathy. As a company, they support numerous partners across the Australian healthcare system and use innovation to meet every day needs of patients. With an expanding footprint across the ANZ market and an impressive product pipeline, an exciting opportunity has arisen with a highly strategic Key Account Manager to join their team to drive the KAM function.    




The Opportunity:  
Reporting into the National Sales Manager, in this role you will be responsible for developing, introducing and implementing business strategies and contracts across Australia's pharmacy banner groups and wholesalers, whilst launching new products.   As the Primary point of contact across the customer channel, the successful professional will seek to develop robust working relationships to enhance customer retention, with an objective to increase market share.  




Your skills & experience:
  • Superior understanding of the Australia's dispensary/pharmacy channel-market
  • Excellent understanding of Australia's Generic market
  • Superior Key Account Management capabilities
  • Proven success in contract & tender negotiations
  • Display established relationships across the market
  • Superior business acumen skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in either a science/business discipline ideal 
  • Driven, tenacious, and resilient commercially savvy professional
  • Superior business partnering & influencing capabilities
