The Company:
This global Pharmaceutical leader invests heavily in R&D, ensuring they are at the forefront of delivering innovative products across multiple therapeutic areas. Motivated to positively impact patients, there are multiple launches in the pipeline and the team is expanding in preparation to ensure the healthcare system across both Australia and New Zealand is sufficiently serviced.
 
 

The Role:
This newly created role is tasked with establishing, reinforcing and driving the National Hospital Key account function across ANZ. You will cement relationships with Directors of Pharmacy, Procurement & C-suites across the Public & Private Hospital systems nationally to increase patients access to market disrupting therapies. You will lead account planning & review processes and act as a partner to key accounts in order to identify additional business opportunities & services. In this highly visible role, you will also partner with varied Portfolio Leads to develop cross functional regional plans.
 


Your skills & Background:

• Previous local Pharmaceutical Hospital Key Account Management experience ess.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience ess.
• Superior commercial & business acumen
• Superior ability to develop & maintain relationships with key account stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead account planning & review processes
• Superior negotiation skills
• Experience across tenders & contracts processes adv.
• Exposure to Immunology or Infusion therapies adv.
• Collaborator by nature
