Multimedia Designer
Job description
Location: Sydney (2-3 days per week in-office)
Department: Marketing & Brand
About the Role HPG (Healthcare Professionals Group) is seeking an experienced Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing & Brand team. You will play a critical role, creating professional and impactful design content, particularly focused on editorial design and corporate documentation. You’ll translate complex, analytical information into clear, visually appealing, and stakeholder-focused collateral.
Key Responsibilities
Produce professional-quality PDFs, reports, insights documents, eBooks, proposals, social media content, and job adverts.
Manage and create content for HPG’s website and social media, driving organic growth and engagement.
Collaborate effectively with recruitment specialists and senior leaders across life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and MedTech sectors.
Maintain brand consistency aligned with HPG’s structured visual identity.
Deliver quick-turnaround editorial designs for both internal and external stakeholders.
Support the marketing team in producing promotional materials and branded collateral for industry events, conferences, and internal celebrations.
Assist occasionally with video editing or animation tasks (secondary requirement).
Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (essential).
Experience creating corporate documents, insights papers, editorial content, and professional marketing materials.
Formal qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
Detail-oriented, analytical, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and working under pressure.
Professional, motivated, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content scheduling platforms (e.g. Plann).
Experience in healthcare or recruitment industry advantageous.
