The Role:
Reporting to the Divisional Lead, you will be responsible for driving the efficacy & impact of all multichannel engagement initiatives across varied portfolios. You will partner with a number of cross functional team members, both here and abroad, to constantly share learnings and to constantly improve. You will analyse customer insights in order to build & expand solutions provided and amplify digital strategies. Ultimately you will support the delivery of an optimal customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.
 


Your skills & experience:

• Pharmaceutical Brand Management experience adv.
• Digital Marketing experience
• Proven ability to deliver webinars/rep triggered emails/websites etc
• Strong analytics capabilities
• Superior business partnering capabilities
• Strong influencing skills
• Superior communication skill
• Passion for using various digital platforms in marketing
• Solutions focused
