About the opportunity

You will provide Reception & Admin support Psychologists and Psychiatrists. In this busy Frenchs Forest clinic, you will be dealing with up to 5 clinicians at one time. The duties will include using their practice management system to manage patient appointments, including telehealth, confirming attendance and appointments, process billings, preparing correspondence letters to referring GP's, answering & directing calls, ensure cleanliness of the clinic, coordinate and follow up on hospital bookings.

Duties

• Administration support to Clinicians, Management and Administration Teams
• Answering email/phone enquiries
• Booking clients into relevant therapies/Clinicians
• Data entry and filing system
• Scheduling appointments for multiple clinicians and services
• Confirming appointments and sending zoom/telehealth links
• Answering phone calls and operating phone system
• Co-ordinating daily correspondence to clients
• Creating/processing invoicing and receipting to clients, including processing Medicare rebates

Skills and Experience

• Previous exposure to medical/ clinical administration
• Experience managing busy front reception
• Knowledge of Medicare rebate processes
• Proficient with systems including teams mircrosoft
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
