About the opportunity
Here is a great chance to step into a Medical Manager role where you will join an experienced and well-structured Medical Affairs team. The focus is centred on supporting the execution of the medical strategy for a neurology launch. You will work closely with the Senior Medical Manager and partner cross functionally across marketing, regulatory, market access, compliance and sales. This role suits someone who knows how to plan, implement and deliver, and who can operate with accountability from day one.
Duties
• Support the execution of the medical strategy across neurology
• Partner closely with the Senior Medical Manager and broader cross functional teams
• Review and approve promotional and non promotional materials
• Contribute to the development of evidence generation, publications and slide decks
• Engage with healthcare professionals through scientific exchange and education
• Coordinate advisory boards, symposia and scientific meetings
• Provide scientific responses to internal and external medical enquiries
• Monitor and interpret scientific and competitive insights
Skills and experience
• Tertiary qualifications in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• At least 3 to 4 years Medical Manager or Medical Advisor experience
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of implementation
• Experience contributing to evidence plans, affiliate studies or publications is valued
• Ability to partner effectively across cross functional teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex science
• Agile, accountable and comfortable working in a fast moving launch environment
