The Company:
Our client is a global Medical Technology leader focused on helping patients live their best life possible through good health. Their varied portfolios are second to none with further impressive technologies in the pipeline. Due to internal promotion, they are seeking an experienced Surgical Territory Manager to drive further growth in this high performing Queensland territory.
 

 
The Role:
You will be tasked with maintaining & increasing the market share of this life changing portfolio across Central Brisbane and Gold Coast territory.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop & maintain relationships with relevant customer base
  • Achieve/exceed Sales targets within your territory
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders internally/externally
  • Educate both HCPs & patients accordingly
  • Support implantation & post op procedures
  • Provide superior service to your customers
  • Take part in on-going education & training initiatives
 

 
Your Skills & Background:
  • Local Surgical Devices Sales experience
  • Clinical background highly regarded
  • Theatre experience essential
  • Proven ability to develop & maintain relationships with key customers
  • Proven ability to communicate clinical data effectively
  • Superior territory planning skills
  • High energy, combined with displayed learning agility
  • Self motivation to achieve targets
  • Collaborative & team player mentality
  • Superior communication skills
