About the opportunity
We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity to join the Medical Affairs team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, compliance, and patient support to deliver key medical strategies. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys both scientific engagement and strategic planning. The role will also building relationships with external experts and professional societies.
Duties
• Support the Medical Affairs team in a broad range of initiatives
• Act as a key medical contact for the brand team
• Provide strategic and scientific input into local brand planning
• Assist with medical launch readiness and support lifecycle activities
• Review and contribute to the development of promotional and educational materials
• Deliver presentations internally and externally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic area and key literature
Skills and Experience
• Tertiary degree in Biomedical Science or related Science/ healthcare degree
• 2–3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to interpret complex scientific data and translate it into clear, compliant communications
• Experience engaging with external stakeholders including key thought leaders
• High level of resilience & ability to manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently
