About the Opportunity
In this role you will provide critical support to the Human Resources and Medical functions, working collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders in this fast-paced and regulated environment. You will bring prior experience supporting Medical Teams, involvement in organising events and a strong work ethic.

Duties:
  • Proactively manage diaries, travel, expenses, bookings and hospitality requirements
  • Schedule candidate interviews and onboard new employees
  • Assist with the finance function, raising POs and new vendors
  • Support the events team with logistics and on-site event tasks
  • Cross-functionally identify and resolve issues, suggesting solutions and process improvements
  • Manage and maintain databases and documentation in accordance with compliance standards
Skills and Experience:
  • Healthcare industry experience (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Biotechnology)
  • 3-5 years of Administration Assistant or Event Management experience within the above industries
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritising abilities
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Australian citizenship or PR
