About the Opportunity In this role you will provide critical support to the Human Resources and Medical functions, working collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders in this fast-paced and regulated environment. You will bring prior experience supporting Medical Teams, involvement in organising events and a strong work ethic.
Duties:
Proactively manage diaries, travel, expenses, bookings and hospitality requirements
Schedule candidate interviews and onboard new employees
Assist with the finance function, raising POs and new vendors
Support the events team with logistics and on-site event tasks
Cross-functionally identify and resolve issues, suggesting solutions and process improvements
Manage and maintain databases and documentation in accordance with compliance standards
Skills and Experience:
Healthcare industry experience (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Biotechnology)
3-5 years of Administration Assistant or Event Management experience within the above industries
Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritising abilities
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Australian citizenship or PR
