This non corporate, personalised specialist medical centre has a position available for an experienced patient service officer.  
The practice has developed a standout reputation and the person who fills this role will be a cornerstone in providing the level of service that the clinic is proud of.

PURPOSE AND GOAL OF POSITION

  • This position has been created to be the face of this specialist private practice.

The role exists to provide:

  •  Efficient and effective front line administrative and reception support to the Clinic.
  •  Exceptional, caring and intuitive customer service to patients, internal and external stakeholders

This position will also have the following responsibilities and expectations:
  • Navigate through the booking system, using Genie Software 
  •  To be part of a holistic cardiology team and play an important role in the delivery of excellent
  • patient care
  • To build and maintain professional and supportive relationships with patients and internal and external stakeholders
  • To ensure all points of contact with the practice are conducted to the high standard
  • To ensure the office space and consulting rooms are cleaned and maintained to branding standards
  • Ensure patients feel guided and informed regarding any of the administrative components of their journey
  • Process billings 
  • Confirm bookings 
  • Answer phone calls 
  • Liaise with referring doctors
