Benefits  

  • Temporary Holiday Cover April 3rd, 4th, 5th,  (Monday Tuesday Wednesday)  Can be for 6 or 8 hours with 8.30 or 9am start
     April 11th, 12th, 13th  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)  6 or 8 hours per day available
  •  April 17, 18, 19, 24 and 26. (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Dates) 
  • Hourly pay rate of $28- $38 per hour plus super  
  • Training provided to get you familiar with the system

The Practice  

The Cardiology practice is located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.   The clinic is a leading cardiology clinic in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.  Owing to the up and coming Easter Break, the practice is  is seeking a temporary medical admin to join the team. The practice would need a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Manage patient records, and ensure accuracy of data and information is captured in the system 
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
  • Process and file medical documents, including referrals, test results and other medical reports
  • Assist physicians with patient care and coordination of services
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy 
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in medical administration or related field
  • VIP Software system knowledge is an added advantage 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a GP or Medical Specialist Clinic ideal
