This practice is a leading, privately owned medical specialist group dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care across Western Australia.
An opportunity has become available for a professional, caring, and experienced Medical Administrator to join the West Perth team. This is a patient services–focused role. You will be the first point of contact for patients and a vital part of a supportive and compassionate team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Booking appointments 
  • Answering phone and email enquiries
  • Liaising with GPs, hospitals, pharmacies and health-care professionals
  • Patient billing, EFTPOS, Medicare processing, and banking
  • Supporting the daily operation of a busy specialist medical clinic
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • General administrative and ad hoc office duties
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Medical Administrator
  • Experience using HealthTrack (preferred but not essential)
  • A calm, clear communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude
  • Professionalism and empathy when supporting patients and clinicians
