Medical Administrator – Join a Leading Cardiology Team in Sydney's Northern Beaches or North Shore 
Are you an experienced medical administrator looking for a dynamic and meaningful role in specialist health care? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can wear many hats – from front desk coordination to supporting high-level business operations? If so, this specialist clinic wants to hear from you.
We're looking for a professional, adaptable, and enthusiastic Medical Administrator to support our cardiology clinics either on the North Shore or in Sydney's Northern Beaches.  You’ll work closely with their Principal doctors and be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing quality patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing: Practice & Operations Support
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of busy practice located on Sydney Northern Beaches or on the North Shore. 
  • Greet and meet patients 
  • Answer phones 
  • Ensure practice is clean and well maintained 
  • Assist with outreach and engagement initiative
  • Work with our friendly reception team to ensure smooth day-to-day patient care
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk Manager to streamline patient flow and reception operations.
Team Collaboration
  • Partner with staff, to manage rosters 
  • Coordinate locums and maintain strong communication across clinical and support staff.
Requirements  
  • Experience in medical administration  (specialist or allied health settings preferred).
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional, polished communicator who enjoys building relationships with staff, doctors, and patients.
  • Tech-confident – you know your way around clinical systems and software tools.
  • Team player who’s also confident working independently when needed.
  • Experience with Gentu or Genie is desirable but not essential
