We're looking for a professional, adaptable, and enthusiastic Medical Administrator to support our cardiology clinics either on the North Shore or in Sydney's Northern Beaches. What You’ll Be Doing: Practice & Operations Support
- Manage the day-to-day operations of busy practice located on Sydney Northern Beaches or on the North Shore.
- Greet and meet patients
- Answer phones
- Ensure practice is clean and well maintained
- Assist with outreach and engagement initiative
- Work with our friendly reception team to ensure smooth day-to-day patient care
- Collaborate with the Front Desk Manager to streamline patient flow and reception operations.
- Partner with staff, to manage rosters
- Coordinate locums and maintain strong communication across clinical and support staff.
- Experience in medical administration (specialist or allied health settings preferred).
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Professional, polished communicator who enjoys building relationships with staff, doctors, and patients.
- Tech-confident – you know your way around clinical systems and software tools.
- Team player who’s also confident working independently when needed.
- Experience with Gentu or Genie is desirable but not essential
