The medical administrator will be the cornerstone to the business success and are important part of the Clinic.
The Position
The medical administrator position exists to provide effective front line administrative and reception support. The administrator would be an individual that is caring, compassionate and intuitive of attending to the needs of the patients and with internal and external stakeholders. In your role, you will demonstrate sound knowledge of being able to process bulk billing and private billing patients. You will be given a high level of autonomy to manage the daily operations of the practice to include stock control, taking a key role in promoting the practice, coordinate conferences, GP referral nights and other administrative tasks. The vacancy will require you to maintain professional and supportive relationships with your colleagues and to external stakeholders and to ensure that the office space and consult rooms are cleaned and maintained consistent with the company brand.

Requirements
Sound knowledge of medical software system Genie.
